Can someone tell me where I can get the new rule book ('99-'00)?

Is it different from the Fed rule book?

If not, try www.nfhs.org (I hope that's right).

My IAABO rule book comes to me every year via the mail. Have patience it will be there soon. BTW. IAABO's book is the NF Rulebook, casebook, and Mechanic's manual with the IAABO membership, consititution and bylaws added to it. Nice package, well done. The Illustrated rulebook is usually passed out at our first meeting.
