Had it last night, along with socks & headphones during warmup "issues."
Of course, the bobby pins & different color headbands didnt get taken care of.

Hmmmm I looked at "in his/her judgment." Aside from that, it seems as though they are talking about during the game

It doesn't say "players" which would mean "during the game". It says "any team member" which could include warm-ups.
