Ball at the disposal of the thrower in.
Five second violation on the throw in.

Does the Alternating Possession Arrow change?

I'll get you halfway there:

6-4-4 (paraphrased): The arrow changes when the AP throw-in ends. The AP throw-in ends when the throw-in ends. The throw-in ends as described in 4-42.

(The definitions are your friend).
