I've had some verrrrry close calls in sub-v games (of course) this season too. What's with all the posturing, dribbling, tossing, etc.? These kids watch too much TV!
 I usually just go over and have a word with the coach.....for his later use. I did have a disconcertion the other night in a very close 18U Rec game with a few secs to go. A1 at the line with a three point lead shooting one and one. B1 comes up right behind him and starts coughing right as he shoots. I call it and the B coach goes to his knees and puts his hand over his head! NO!!!  A1 missed the original shot.......and the next one too. Hey, no harm no foul!
