I mentioned this topic to a fellow ref and he said that he also thinks they all would be numbered double zero unless they played outside in the cold. Then they'd all be number eleven.

That would, of course, affect 9-13-1 also.

Who knows if, when they make these edits to the rulebook, the casebook will ever again be in harmony with the intent of the rule (cf. the 9-9 and 9.9.1 debacle from this year)!
