Time to post

How much time is allowed to submit a new thread after starting to type it in? My last couple have been longer than just a couple of sentences, and by the time I hit "submit" I get a message that I have been logged off. Anybody know?

That has to do with your cookie settings...if you don't save cookies for this site, you will be logged off in around 5-10 minutes of inactivity.

If you think it might take you too long, type it in Word, or another application, and then cut it and paste it here when you've got it just the way you want it.

Yeah, unfortunately, I used another word or changed it and this particular version doesn't have spell check - ANOTHER excellent reason to use WORD! ;)

Thanks for correcting me......NOT!

Not sure if you realize also but if you log in when it prompts you to after writing your post, your post will still be made.
