Act of Shooting Doc. - Peer Review Requested

This is an attempt to post a link to a document about which I'd appreciate peer review. If it opens for you and you are able to decipher it, take a look and please offer feedback. Might have to print it out to be able to read it.
Used it at recent association rules meeting and it seemed to be well received.

My thanks to the Juggler for his assistance in formatting this document. He sure knows his computer stuff.

Two minor wording comments:

1) Once the player "begins the motion..." s/he's no longer a dribbler

2) It's not a "double bonus."

(neither of those detracts from the message)

Nice Job ...

I'm having trouble enlarging it to the point where I can read it clearly, but I like what I can see.

Thanks,

There, they're free to anyone using the link now, apparently.
Firewall at work blocks my email, but will email when I get home.

I like it. Solid black-and-white illustration!

Now, all we need is another one: Apparent shooting motion begins > foul occurs here > "shooter" passes off, anyway.

Nice Catch, If It is Indeed a Pass

Cf. Referee magazine article referenced in the worksheet. Corollary is: "apparent passing motion begins > foul occurs here > "passer" shoots off . . ." The mag article author handles that situation seemingly well.
