Same for me, but it's my first high school scrimmage.

Cross country state championships, and girls swimming state championships ended last week. State finals in soccer, girls volleyball, and field hockey, ended just a few days ago. Boys ended regular season football today. State football playoffs start early next week.

The first practice date for girls basketball in Connecticut is always the Monday before Thanksgiving. The first practice date for boys basketball in Connecticut is always the Monday after Thanksgiving. First date for girls games is Wednesday, December 7, and first date for boys games is Wednesday, December 14. State basketball finals are always in mid-March.

I cooked a turducken.

And like a good Canadian, I covered it all with bacon.
