Is it just me...

I am trying to renew dues for access to NFHS - it says no dues owed at this time... I sign in and try to get publication access to rule books... it says restricted to members only... I call the headquarters and get no where... what am I missing?

Is the NFHS an area that high school officials use anymore for education and training?

Help please.
