A1 try for goal is in flight when a double personal is called against A3 and B4. The basket is good. Team A has the Arrow.

Is the throw in awarded to Team B because basket is good? Or Do we use AP because the ball was in flight(No Team Control) when the fouls occured, thus Team A gets the ball?
