Another situation that happend to me in the last week.
i was entering thr circle to administer the jump ball at the beginning of the game and after making the toss but before the ball is legally tapped my partner called to repeat the jump ball because it was not properly executed,but before i did it again player from home team pushed player from gust team it was rough manner which i called as an unsportmanlike foul.the foul is penalised with 2 free throws for team b then jump ball..BUT since the game didn't open right i think it's should be a technical foul during an interval of play.
do you agree with me?
and ps
i think i should count that foul of the team fouls also not?
