Jailblazers sign up with charity

In order to improve their tarnished image, the NBA Portland Jailblazers (also known as the "High Five") have decided to affiliate themselves with a well known charity. Rasheed Wallace and Damon Stoudamire will be doing public service announcements. That charity's current billboard appears below.
