Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know that in my third year officiating HS basketball I was assigned a JV championship game to be played directly before the Boy's District Game on Saturday night. Packed house and all. It was really exciting and it even went into OT. My assignment officer and personal evaluator were there for the game because they were doing the Boys District Championship after. It was my first time being the R in a three man crew. After the game I always ask fo input and they said all I have to work on is stepping down a little in the Trail, and making sure my first step is towards the basket on a shot. But other than that they said I did a really good job. I respect the opinion of both of these officials because of their many years experience and knowledge of the game.
So any way just wnated to share my excitement!! WOOHOO.....
