NCAA New Rule Books
 
Are the rulebooks available for order on the NCAA Publications website old or new (2009-2011)?, and are the new ones (if they are due) on the site?

All you have to do is Google NCAA Basketball Rules.

From the NCAA Central Hub:

A PDF of the 2011-13 Rules will be posted on the website in mid-August. The 2011-13 searchable Rules and Case Books, found on the RULES BOOK tab, will be available in mid-September.
