JV girls tourney. Toilet bowl game, score is not close.

Quick violation at mid-court, Team A possession by the division line. I hand the ball to A1 for the throw-in. A1, for some reason, takes it and DRIBBLES inbounds.

I decide to cut her a break. I whistle it down, say "no, no, no, you have to THROW IT IN, remember?".

She replies "oh, okay".

I handle, then give it back to her. She then proceeds to dribble it in AGAIN! I whistle it down, signal violation, and point the other way.

Entire gym; fans, both benches, table, janitor, are rolling on the floor laughing. My partner is losing it, as am I.

Coach, tears rolling down her cheeks, subs off A1, who leaves the court wearing six shades of red.

You could haver just stopped it again, since you already did it once just before, and verbally told her what to do.
