Beginning the game:
Ref on division line.
U1 observing Home.
U2 observing Visitor.

Beginning 3rd quarter:

Same positions relative to floor or relative to teams?

I say relative to floor so umpires may observe different team. My college partners say stay with the team.

I know, we are picking at nit U.P. here. but what say you?
