Yes they do in Nevada for ejections but we have never put anything in place for recognizing good sportsmanship.

I think it is a great idea to recognize the kids and I would like to see something like that implemented.

I think BigJoe is suggesting that you use the form to recognize the player's sportsmanship.

This seems to be an all inclusive form that works well for us.
