Hands where they don't belong

Today in a HS boys varsity rec game, a player asked Juulie why he was called for a foul. She told him he "had his hands where they don't belong".

He came over to me to ask what she meant. I told him that if he had his hands where they don't belong "at least have the decency to do that in private."

He just smiled and said, "Yeah, OK, whatever."
