Can someone tell me if this counts as a 3?
When shooting, a player steps on the 3pt line w/ his toes. Is it a 3 or a two?

2 - you must be completely behind the line. However, if you jump from a postion completely behind the line, release, land with feet on or over the line, it's a 3.
