Federation rules.
Team A throws a bad pass. Ball gets knocked around, eventually going out of bounds where it hits the Coach of team A. Does he cause the ball to be out of bounds, thereby giving the ball to team B? I know Fed. rules state that if a player is out of bounds and the ball hits him, it it out on that player, but if doesn't address the coach angle. Drake
