Is this happening to anybody else?
 
When I click on the link to the forum in my browsing history, I get redirected to a site called 13rules.com.

Just a logo at the top of a blank page...anybody else getting this?

It's happening to people that use the link officiatingforum.com

Update your bookmark list to go to the link forum.officiating.com and you should be good to go.

Hmmmm... not sure. The original basketball rules were 13 in number.

I got an email from Larks on the Basketballrefs.com forum saying something about 13 rules is where basketballrefs.com will go after it comes online?

Nope...he sent that out when the link officialsforum.com redirected people to 13rules.com. I don't think he knew that there was another link that allowed people to access the forum.
