Totally OT, but weird

Being a real "Law & Order" freak, I loved it when BBC America started showing episodes of "Law & Order: UK". In one episode last week, the detectives went into a "sport shop" in London looking for someone. This is a store that sell mostly soccer gear and other stuff for British sports. Here's the weird part. The owner of the store was wearing a knit cap with a logo of the Washington State University Cougars on it. I just thought that was very strange for a sport shop owner in London, England to have on.
