I'm a referee from Pocatello, Idaho. The pay scale in our state is $45 for all varsity girls/boys games at any level. A-1 through A-4. JV games are $26, and 9th grade games are $21. The official that drives his vehicle to the site gets 25 cents per mile round trip. I hope this helps.
