Can someone please clarify this for me. Here in Canada we have the luxury of officiating 3 sets of rules including NCAA rules. I think I am getting two sets confused.

When an OT period starts, does the arrow stay the way it was facing at the end of regulation or does it go towards the team that loses the jump?

At the beginning of each overtime period, the initial direction of the possession arrow is established just like at the beginning of the game. (If the jump ball results in a team gaining possession, it goes towards the team that loses the jump!)
