Time out!

I would encourage everyone, especially new officials, to dive in on the rule questions. This is a great tool to learn and improve from.

My comment was directed to the two or three messages every week that are: How do become an official? If they would just page down a bit, they will find scores of messages on this very subject.

Minor misunderstanding, I would have to call a 30.

Actually, is it still a 20? When do we technically need to start using the new rules? I have worked summer leagues that go both ways?
