Ball on Flange on FT

Ball gets stuck on the flange during a) the first free throw b) second free throw of two.

NFHS ruling?

APG Sat Apr 23, 2011 09:16pm

a.) Shoot the 2nd free throw if it's merited
b.) Alternating possession arrow

Up to a few years ago, it would have been a T but, wisely, the committee changed the rule such that only GT a FT would be a T.
