Other than attending a 3 day summer camp for officials in June and work a few AAU games I don't have much of a structured training program during the off-season. After working 150 games during the regular season the last thing I want to do is run more. As a result I gain some unwanted pounds during the summer. I am curious what some of you do to stay in shape during the off-season (if some of you even have an off-season).

Slow-whistle -

triathalon, Boston marathon and iron man competition...only kidding!

Tae Bo, hiking and treadmill keeps me in shape during off season...that and tangling with 2 teenagers...
