A1 shooting freethrow, after recieving ball from referee, he dribbles ball off of foot and ball bounces away from him. Is this a violation or does the ref. reset everyone and start the f-t over?

Just do it all over again.

There is a case book play on this. Blow your whistle immediately to prevent any violations and then "re-do" the free throw.

The case book play is 9.1 on page 61.
