A1 with a knee on the floor picks up the ball which was also on the floor, then stands up to shoot. Travel or not?

It's a travelling violation,unless A1 started a dribble before his knee came off the floor. Casebook play 4.43.5SitD spells this one out pretty good.

Agreed. Travel unless the dribble starts prior to getting up.
