I was watching the Lakers-Raptors tonight. With a few seconds left in regulation, Morris Peterson scored on a outside shot to tie the game. There was a question as to wether it was a two or three point shot. They showed three different angles on replays, none of which were clear. The announcers boldly proclaimed the official had missed the call by not awarding a three. Incredible. All the angles on the replays were terrible and there was no way of knowing where Peterson's foot was. One thing was clear on the replay, the official who made the call was in perfect position to see it.

I'm sure the fact that they are Raptors announcers had nothing to do with it.
