We all know that sometimes we have games with a very large number of turnovers which means that we have many opportunities to suddenly stop and change direction. Perhaps that is the cause of the cramping.
This might be the clue, then. Both afternoons, there were absolutely zillions of turnovers. Both afternoons in the first game the first half took over an hour (UGH!!), because of all the turnovers. One game like this, plus another one the very next night could add up to cramps, would be your theory? Interesting...

Ref Daddy says, "Add Heat." Would this work after that first set of games, to forestall the cramping? I always thought the rule was to ice at first and use heat later.
