I've searched for other threads under this forum about local assoc. by-laws/constitution. I did find the generic advise about not some do's/don'ts in one thread. But I couldn't find what I'm looking for.
Would any of you folks care to share a copy of your by-laws with me. I'm new (2nd yr) to our assoc. Our assoc. works HS & below, NFHS. We have been encouraged to review our by-laws and provide any recommendations back to our board members. I believe in "benchmarking" from an existing product rather than recreating the wheel.
