Just spoke with NCAA Publications and they informed me of the above mentioned manual. It can be purchased from CCA Publishing at (972) 422-9500

You realize that there is one for Men's and one for Women's?

There is also, believe it or not, a two-person mechanic version so make sure and get the one you want.
