video review in FED
 
I don't have my books handy- I was discussing something with someone yesterday and the subject of video review came up. Now perhaps I am getting the 3 rulesets(Fiba,fed, ncaa) I work with confused, but I was almost positive I saw something in the FED rule book about video review being permissible to determine where a shot was attempted before the end of time.

Am i out to lunch? If i'm not, can someone hook me up with the rule reference?

Only allowed in state tournament games...if the state association allows.
