hello,

a1 is dribbling up court he picks up his dribble with no one near him too make a pass, after catching the ball he fumbles it too the floor and it bounces once is this a travel or a no call?
thx

By definition when the ball is fumbled it is nolonger in player control. If there is no player control there cannot be traveling. The player can then dribble or pass.

The way you described the play I would have nothing to call. What you describe is a "fumble". In this situation A1 can retrieve the ball but cannot resume a dribble off the fumble or start a dribble after retrieving.

MOfficial is correct. In this situation you can fumble-dribble-fumble but not dribble-fumble-dribble.
