hello,
a=offense b=defense on a intentional foul the ball comes back too the spot out of bounds closest too the where the foul occurred,and also on a double foul it comes back too the spot where the foul occurred and is put into play. my question is where would the ball be put into play after a flagrant technical foul, would i be the half court opposite the table,are the spot closest too the ball? thanks tim
