Except in a certain context in a certain area.

I see what you did there. You were cleverly referring to Rut.

How would I do that? I do not know anything about Rut's area, or the people he works for, of the context thereof. I'm sure Rut does what works best for him.

I guess it would have been better if he used the F-Bomb. ;)

Peace

I don't know, but it is something that seems to get an "automatic" reaction from some officials where all ability to think goes out the window. :)

I'd ask who said "automatic," but there were a couple who did. I will say this, I don't think most people mean the same thing with that word. I don't use it because there are exceptions to almost everything I could use it for; but I think others make allowance for the fact that there could be exceptions, even when using the term "automatic."

Not only were there people that said it was an "automatic" T, but there were others that made is sound like that was the only option.

But when I say there could be an exception or another way to handle it, then that cannot be even discussed. But we can talk about a situation that is very much explicit in the rulebook, but people find "exceptions" to applying the rule as written. It comes down to that we make decisions for all kinds of reasons whether these are for the right or wrong reasons. Not much different than what a political candidate says on the campaign trail, then when put in the actual situation in office they are more deliberate in what they ultimately do.

Oh, that would be me, talking about my area (and the other areas I've worked.)

Well I can talk about my area(s) too. I have some options and in some places if I gave a T for that I would be the first one and the only one.

Peace
