Doesn't really have anything to do with it. For all we know, he was already scheduled to work the Big Ten Tournament.

Tim Clougherty worked DePaul-UConn on Tuesday and Marquette-WVU on Wednesday in NYC and then, PSU-Wisconsin on Friday in Indy.

It's not unusual for officials to work more than one conference tournament.

French and Eskimo?

And whatinthehell did you do here to get yourself put in the corner? I see you're in "time out". Did those pictures of you and the polar bear get out? :D

When did Earl Watson start officiating?

BktBallRef Sat Mar 12, 2011 04:25pm

Statsheet.com has him listed as Carl Walton. Wonder if he had the scorer change his name after the game?

My bad. Earl Walton is working the Ivy League Championship on ESPN3.com

As part of being re-instated, I'm not allowed to talk about the polar bear incident any longer.

Likely my fault, and I apologize. I was busy deleting lots of spam, and you probably got caught in the cross-fire. Did you respond to any spam posts?

So if that happened to anyone else, email me at jenkins robert L at att dot net and I'll work to reinstate.

Then, don't respond to those posts anymore.

Next time you do it to BillyMac, can we have a poll before you reinstate him? :)

Many years ago, while coaching Little League, I told a kid that he would be a better hitter if he would use a right handed bat instead of a left handed bat.
