HELLO EVERYONE,
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HERE BUT THIS SITE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD FOR INFO. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE.NOW MY QUESTION: ON ATTEMPTED SHOT IF THE BALLS DOES NOT HIT THE RIM I KNOW THE SHOOTER CAN REBOUND IT BUT CAN HE DRIBBLE AFTER DOING SO? ARE DOES HE HAVE TOO PASS IT ARE PUT UP A SHOT?

Hi Tim, and welcome.

Yes, he/she can dribble after obtaining the rebound.

He certainly can dribble again. Once a player shoots the ball (and this is a judgement by the official), both player and team control end. Any player can get the ball and shoot, dribble, pass, call time out etc.

Tim,

Please stop yelling. Also, please slow down when reporting (typing) and read what you typed so that it makes better grammatical sense. Once a player shoots (whether it hits the rim or not), there is no longer player or team control so the ball is fair game for anyone (including the shooter).
