He certainly can dribble again. Once a player shoots the ball (and this is a judgement by the official), both player and team control end. Any player can get the ball and shoot, dribble, pass, call time out etc.

Tim,
Please stop yelling. Also, please slow down when reporting (typing) and read what you typed so that it makes better grammatical sense. Once a player shoots (whether it hits the rim or not), there is no longer player or team control so the ball is fair game for anyone (including the shooter). Z |
