Basketball Fundamentals Instruction Video?

I've been working basketball for 11 years now and got my first regional this year. I never played basketball and I'm looking for some good resources/video that I can watch and learn some more of the basic principles of offense/defense and the fundamentals coaches use in the game. I feel this would help take me to the next level of understanding. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!
