shooting first of bonus FT, B1 fouls A2 after ball released. FT was good. What do you do?

We went ahead and shot the remaining FT and allowed A2 to shoot the bonus. We did not clear the lanes, should we
have.....any comments?

You are partly correct. You complete the second foul shot with the lane cleared and then A2 shoots his foul shots with players again along the lane.
