There was a poster this past week whose tagline stated something wise and catchy, something like "Rules knowledge avoids chaos and . . ." something or other. Anybody remember that quote? I tried searching for it but couldn't find it. Post me a thread link if you recall who has that as their tagline.

Thanx BMac, but no. It was a tagline which was a quite from someone, presumably an official official, which went something like, "Rules competency avoids chaos and complacency", or something like that.
Doesn't seem that the search function includes memo-ending taglines.
I'll keep looking. Fortunately with this job I get paid gobs of money to be ready to spring into action while at the same time surfing the internet 12 hours a day. What a life.
