Philadelphia is near DeKalb Jct....a well known speed trap along US 11 near Watertown, NY.

Of course you are forgetting Gouverneur ... the booming metropolis between the two & and home of the lifesaver.

Growing up in Watertown, and going to school at Clarkson, had me travelling US 11 more times than I can count (of course, the fans know that I can't count higher than 2). I was never stopped along route 11, other than the random border patrol stop.
