Terminated Game
VG, friend told me this story that happened last week. In the second half of the game the power goes out. Score is 40 to 48. After waiting an hour with still no power, the coaches mutually agree to terminate the game declaring the team with 48 the winner. That same team had won the night before by 2. In Alaska where this story happened, a lot of times the teams are flown in by jet or float plane so it probably wasn't continued from POI the next day because of travel complications. I haven't had to forfeit or post pone a game yet. If the coaches wouldn't have mutually agreed to the termination and the team had to leave the next morning due to jet reservations, how does this game get recorded in the books? (Assume it was never continued in the future.) I read over 5-4 art.2 and 3. but I didn't see anything that helps with my question.

That's something for the league/conference to decide.
