Ruling 9.7.2 I guess they missed the change in the three second rule as they state that there is no three second count during an interupted dribble.

Three seconds continues with an interrupted dribble. This is a new rule. Read page 4 in the Casebook. Or you can read 9-7 in the Rulebook.

"They" know it was missed. That's why they published the correction on "their" web-site.
