End of Season Review

Hello,

Do any of your Assoc. Conduct a End of Season Review Meeting? Maybe at a local watering hole, where situations that were encountered during the season our discussed and feedback provided.

Similar to how this forum works.

Do you think such a meeting should be mandatory and would young officials like myself be great benefactors?

Thanks!

Yes. No. Yes.

That said, there's no need to wait until the end of the season.

Every Friday night. We've even got these "sites" posted, for the newbies, on our board's website.

We're doing an end-of-season official meeting separate from a dinner/get-together. We also apparently used to do a mid-season checkpoint but gave that up before I started calling.

A few of us get together every Friday. We have an association meeting on the Sunday before play-offs start where plays are discussed.

No, we have a party. Seriously.

Yes and yes.

End of the season? There's a reason why it's call MARCH madness.
