Girls night out?
 

Six out of my nine rec games this week are girls games, ranging from 6th grade up to HS. I thought I'd spend this afternoon practicing my held ball mechanic. Any other suggestions? ;)

Make sure that you know the difference between a headband (goes around the entire head) and a hair control device (goes around hair).

You have the first game's first half quarter for intensively practicing that mechanic, don't waste your afternoon.

You have a good point. I guess I'll practice all my retorts to the expected yapping from the coaches. I might just go out and buy a new set of ear plugs, too.

Make sure you stretch all the important parts:

calves, quads, hamstrings, and THUMBS!

Get your hair cut or styled. Or if you are bald, polish the dome. Make sure your uniform is nice and cleanly pressed. After all, women LOVE a man in uniform and you never know how many Yummy Mummy's will be there!!:cool:

Check under the tape in hair! Ignore belly button stud!
