Update to OP: The offending coach/player may have his fine reduced to $100 by taking a sportsmanship "course" online. Interesting note is the rule is working. But while coaches/players are better behaved, officials are now less likely to give that second T even if warranted.

No. It is the State HS Athletic Assn. Changed directors a few years ago. This guy was a well-respected coach/administrator and a strict disciplinarian. He sees the bigger picture of how disrespecting the authority of even a (lowly) game official teaches the kids the wrong thing.
