Proper procedure
 
A drives to basket is fouled in the act.A2 & B2 are called for dead ball double t's what is the proper procedure?Does a shoot the foul shots with players on the line and then go to poi or players on the line then go to possesion arrow?

A shooting free throws with players on the line is the POI. That's where you go.

You NEVER shoot FTs with players on the lane and THEN GO somewhere else.

If you''re going to go somewhere else, then the ball will be dead no matter what after the last FT, so no one is on the lane.

As a general statement, POI is "what would you be doing if there was no double foul?" In this instance, A1 would be shooting FTs for the shooting foul, with players on the lane. So, that's what happens after you report the double T.
