I've just finished coaching my 14th season of middle school girls. I felt, as I have since I started, that the officiating was outstanding. I'm considering dropping a quick note to the president of the local chapter expressing this. I want them to know I am sincere in complimenting them on a job well done. What do you guys think of this?

Also, I got some of the strangest looks this season in actually "requesting" a time-out. I made a special point this season to say "Could I have a time-out please? Thank-you."

Acting as a "ref" all day long in elem PE class makes me apprieciate what you do.

Yes, a letter to the local board thanking them for supplyng
well trained officials will be appreciated. Also to the
local assignor. If you get to fill out evaluation cards
then do it, coaches evaluations can be a big factor in
refs moving up & down.

Coachgrd,

1) A letter to your local association would be much appreciated.

2) Please move to our area and coach here and consider having yourself cloned. :-)

DownTown,
Neah! I don't talk well.
